What followed was almost two weeks of the most spectacular fieldwork I think I’ve ever experienced. There are some (extremely) light platforming, but there is no penalty for missing, and there is no need for extreme precision. There is a lot of traveling to do, but once you activate teleporters, you can jump between places. There are several ‘Oh man!’ moments due to the level of artistic detail, and there are several intriguing game elements along the way. The gameplay is interesting and well-designed in many aspects. It gets off to a good start, with excursions, a large inventory, and puzzles to power up and unlock new places. We’re reminded of the Isoland games and Leaves by Slice of Sea. The good: Beautiful scenery, a cute sea-weed’ character, with a soothing unique soundtrack. We love how meticulously created this game is in terms of visuals and music, but we’re finding it a little tedious to play, and the fun level has dwindled for us.
